Really good staff. Comfortable mattresses enabled a restful night.

Morning breakfast items were often lacking in variety and warmth, impacting the overall experience.

Overall was an excellent choice and will stay again in the future. Bathroom wall over the garbage can needed cleaning as did the back of the bathroom door. Breakfast was wonderful but I would suggest an earlier start time than 6:00am. This was an overnight stay only for us as we traveled from Arizona to Iowa. We could have been on the road earlier, but had to wait til the 6:00am breakfast hour. We choose this hotel over others along our way because of the breakfast inclusion in the room price.

Staff very friendly, plenty of hot and cold breakfast selections, snack bar and mini c-store items available for purchase, is an added plus not seen in other 'overnight stay' hotels.

Its location was comfy in downtown Denver. The room was reasonably large and fairly quiet and had private bathroom plus a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge.

Consider requesting a room with a kitchenette for a more convenient stay, especially for families needing to prepare snacks and meals.

Coffee/tea making facilities, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The location particularly good in downtown Denver. Based close to the desert and the Sandhill Massacre monument and Colorado.

The staff was stellar! They were pretty good too, even the lady who washed my coffee cup out, I mean who does that? The hotel had a nice little bar with delicious food, and when we ordered pizza it was loaded with toppings and cheese, not just some flat crust! Reminded me of what I used to cook, back when things were. Different.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable, considering the amazing service we received.

The morning breakfast options were almost nonexistent. I was very disappointed that the shampoo was not provided in one room, forcing me to manage without it. The front desk staff during the evening was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting us with our dinner inquiries.

the breakfast choices were limited and could use more variety. the fitness center was just enough to stretch out. loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby. friendly staff who made check-in easy.

The decor was charming, reminiscent of a cozy grandma's house. The spacious rooms were perfect for my needs and made getting around so easy!

The staff were great . They personally ensured my room was clean and ready, such a pleasant surprise in a small town. The cute homey feel of the lobby made it a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of travel. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

During my romantic weekend in eads, this hotel was awesome. The staff was very nice, providing really good service, and the cleanliness of our room. It was a lovely surprise to find such a gem in a small town.

It was just a good pick for a short interlude in Eads with good value considering the price charged. The coffee was delicious and made for a nice start to the morning. Make sure to check the breakfast times to get the best options.

This place had super clean rooms, a cozy lobby, and a bar with snacks! We felt right at home here.
